This project relates to a conditional use permit for a garage on a property being developed at 5035 St. Alban's Bay Road.  The property already has a garage.  The new construction will reduce driveway area, resulting in a smaller portion of the property being impervious.

  • The environmental impact is positive in that it reduces the percent of the property covered with impervious surfaces.

  • Toxic or chemical waste were discovered at the property after the main building permit was issued.  This permit will require proper disposal of those wastes.
