Our Development Score grades each development based on its community benefit.  We balance the value of the development for expanding housing or providing valuable commercial opportunities against the negative impact of development on the community, environment, natural resources or surrounding area.  Our Development Score ranges from A, which we view as a highly valuable development, to F, which is a development that is very negative for Shorewood and its residents.
